By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing our website, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, as well as our [Privacy Policy], which forms an integral part of these Terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the services and must remove the app from your device. Continued use of the services constitutes agreement to these terms and to future changes.
MyBabyWish reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time—for example, for legal, technical, or functional reasons. The date of the last update is indicated at the end of this document. We recommend reviewing the Terms regularly.
All content included in the Services—including text, images, illustrations, graphics, videos, audio files, logos, designs, software, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”)—as well as all associated intellectual property rights, are the property of MyBabyWish or their respective licensors.
You are granted solely a non-transferable, personal, and limited license to use the Services exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes, provided that you comply with these terms.
It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content without the express written permission of MyBabyWish. Any unauthorized use may constitute an infringement of copyright or trademark rights and may result in legal action.
The trademarks, logos, and trade names of MyBabyWish may not be used without prior written consent.
The MyBabyWish app is aimed at adults seeking emotional and mental support on their journey toward parenthood.
The app does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Please always consult your doctor or another qualified professional if you have questions regarding your physical or mental health.
You agree to use the Services responsibly, respectfully, and in compliance with applicable law. In particular, you must not:
MyBabyWish reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the services at any time if misuse or a violation of these terms is detected.
The MyBabyWish app offers tools and content to support mindfulness, relaxation, and mental strength during the process of trying to conceive.
MyBabyWish does not offer medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. The information contained in the app is intended solely for general informational and educational purposes.
Use of the App is at your own risk. MyBabyWish assumes no warranty regarding the accuracy, availability, or completeness of the content. Likewise, MyBabyWish shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the services.
MyBabyWish’s total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you have paid for the use of the App (where applicable).
Insofar as the Services enable the uploading, commenting on, or sharing of content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your contributions; however, you grant MyBabyWish a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to display, edit, and delete such content within the App and the Website.
You may not publish any content that is offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful, or that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
MyBabyWish reserves the right to remove posts without prior notice if they violate these guidelines.
The website and app may contain links to external sites. MyBabyWish assumes no responsibility for their content, security, or availability.
The inclusion of such links does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by MyBabyWish.
You agree to indemnify MyBabyWish, its employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or costs arising from a violation of these terms or a misuse of the services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
In the event of a dispute, Berlin shall be the place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MyBabyWish regarding the use of the services.
Changes will be published at www.mybabywish.app/terms.
If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the services.
